Can anyone help on how to rectify the error-99 appears on the KENWOOD KRC-365 pls.

Changer Error Codes

• E-00: Poor Cable connection.

• E-01: Magazine not properly set in changer.

• E-02: No Disc in magazine.

• E-03: CD does not have selected track number.

• E-04: Disc is dirty, upside down or unreadable.

• E-10: No data is recorded on the MD. The player plays the next disc automatically.

• E-99: Changer malfunction, disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service.

try the normal car stereo joints they should be bale to sort you out if its something minor

yep i agree

dont go for those high end stereo shops...but dont go to those chaater joints either...some in between shop will sort your player out...worse that could happen is you'll need to replace the lens or the motor...

most probably this is due to jamming of the mechanism. this is a common problem in Kenwood changers.
