To answer you question on where its available. I've seen it at Arpico and Keells supermarkets. Also there are 3M agents all over the country.

I think using this fuel system cleaner, we can't get more power/performance and fuel efficiency. But somehow it will helpful. Still I don't have any experience with this stuff.
