I hope you are referring to the impreza, the 1.5CC gives 9+ to a liter.

The forester(2.5) and legacy(2.0) is more 7-8, with many factors effecting the performance

Properly Tune and maintained Leagazy TT, Single Turbo, WRX, STi, will do around 6 to 8 range

I'd say you'd be lucky to get anything upwards of 6kmp/l on a Subaru turbo, on Colombo roads and in traffic. Also worth noting that most (if not all) such engines need higher octane gas in order to stay happy.

yeah they need higher octane and thats why some run octane booster and some run toluene

Yep my cuz STI3 does abt 6.5 in cmb. Ma 2lt Legacy which is non Turbo does around 8.........

My STi do abt 7 and my friends Legacy Single Turbo do 8 in cmb, i think if we low the boost it both cars will do more

Iv a 1.5 Impreza and it does 9+ Kmp/l

Also consider why ur going for a subaru.

If ur in it for the thrill, keep away from the 1.5 Impreza unless u have planned for a full WRX or STi conversion.

Iv made the mistake of dumping a turbo to the existing engine long ago and still regretting it :action-smiley-034: . Now Im spending again for the full conversion.

Learn from my mistake :grinning-smiley-004:

At that point, fuel consumption should not (and probably will not) be ur priority cos such a supercar is not ur everyday workhorse.

Thanks guys

What do you think about Running and maintenance expenses ? how occasionally it may need to do running repairs ?

was thinking the same machan :)

I called the owner and it is 1.5 lt machine normal Impreza and only sti body kit. Asking 4.2 million

4.2 million? for wht?

Saw two Sti9s Advertised last Sunday, both looked the real thing...

Putting only a Sti body kit on a NA Impressa is just not the done this...

Body kit or no, am I the only one who thinks the "9 face" (standard car and/or STi) looks ridiculous? Read somewhere that it's called the "Pig-nose" or something along those lines <_<

No offense to owners of these cars
