generally, along with your warning level increase, there is a message from the mod/admin who did the warning providing the reasons why.

It clearly says that you are not supposed to advertise cars on the site and to use the classified to advertise. And you tried to flog your car more than once. Of course, if your car is advertised on the site, then we can take the warning off.
