This article can be very useful when you start setting up your suspension. Thought I'd put it up here so it may help someone when they're ready to drop some cash into their suspension setup...

Has good information on how your spring rates, sway-bar stiffness, and shock damping would affect your handling and comfort ... in the end, everything has to work together ... ie: if spring rate is too high for the shocks you've chosen, then you're gonna get in trouble 'cos the damping will always be "soft" when compare to the springs.
