G1 Class

new driving has G1 catagory insist of light vehicle driving lincence. i wonder what this G1 CLASS means.. what kind of vehicles that G1 has. in driving licence card it has some symbols.. bt i cnt understand G1 SYMBOL. It looks lie land master..

Yes it says "Hand Tractors-Two Wheel Tractor with a Trailer" (i.e. "A Landmaster"). And according to the document anyone with a DL for any class is allowed to drive a Hand Tractor [same as in the past] .

The changes seem to be in the letters/characters that denote Vehicle Catagories.

I feel It's good they have divided the Motocycle classification in to two classes.

Otherwise a person can get their riding licence on a 50cc Honda Chaly and then "upgrade" to a 200 cc Bajaj Pulsar and fails to have control over its power.
