You can buy a Lancer CS3 for between 1.6 and 1.9 mil. Price differs based on the year, condition, gear type and engine cap. I bought my 1.3l auto 2003 for about 1.65 about a year back.

But i dont recommend buying a 1.3. The car is too heavy to be supported by the engine and you constantly feel underpowered.
