4 years before I got a new national ID with new number. Bcz of previous NIC had a wrong birthday. However my driving license(12 years old) have previous NIC number. I need to change old license with heavy vehicle.

Afraid to apply bcz two different NIC numbers. How can I sort out this. :unsure:

Tell them the truth and get a new license, what else? Why are you afraid to tell the truth? You haven't done anything wrong, if the ID folks messed it up.
