Obtaining Revenue License From Kadugannawa

Hi,

Can someone tell me to which Divisional Secretariat office should I go to obtain revenue license of a lorry which is registered to an address in Ilukwatta, Kadugannawa? Is there a Divisional Secretariat in Kadugannawa or do I have to go either to Pilimathalawa or Kandy? Appreciate if you could recommend me a garage where I could obtain a lorry fitness certificate in the Central Providence as well.

Pilimathalawa.

Yatinuwara Divisional Secretariat office, in Pilimathalawa, go past the town like another 600-800m , towards Kandy, it's right beside the road. And a place to get fitness certificate,right before you reach Pilimathalawa town from Cmb side there is a curve before a straight, right where that curve starts there is a place called Harrisons Auto Engineers or something like that
