May I know for what reason your thinking of putting up an Alpha canopy? Is it for the purpose of looks or storage or stability?

Anyway I hope you come across one soon. When you do come across one please share your insights. There are a few double cab enthusiasts in the forum..

i was looking to install a said canopy sometime ago...but dropped the idea when they said i'd have to remove the chrome roll bar in order to fix it.

Wow thats a healthy sum. Was it the brand of Carryboy? dont lose hope, some people that actually buy double cabs with alpha canopys do part and sell them. Just keep your antennas focussed shouldn't be hard to find one. A contact from Kurunegala could help too if you dont mind a used one from Japanese Junk Yards.

Yes a used one should be just fine. I can paint and do it up. Do you know any specific place at Kurunegala that I can try?

woah!...160k is too much...I remember 3-4 years back it was much cheaper.

anyways would you consider getting the canopy custom made?...I know some bodykit guys who do it,infact I recently saw samarakoon of Nilakto bodykits making one for a L200 single cab and it looked good...I dont know the costs but it should be considerably cheaper than 160k...let me know if you want the contact details.

outdoorsman makes canopies locally...from what i hear it's just north of 50k... but best to get it confirmed from them directly!
