Importing A Used Car For Private Use

Dear all,

My question sounds stupid but I want to know the answer

Can an oridinary citizen import a used car for his private use without much trouble, if he is willing to pay the tax components?

What are the restrictions imposed on importing a car?

what percentage of tax it would be?

Does anybody know the A-Z procedure until the vehicle registration?

Will it be cheap importing car than purchasing the same in SL?
