Star1
My starlet EP91, 1.3lit (99 make) clocking 8kmpl only in the city. It is with 185X14 tires and Engine and Transmission oil also from previous owner. Can this affect this much reduction or any specific areas should focus ?. Appreciate word of advise from an expert. Service your car, change all the oils and filters, check your tire pressures and make sure your engine is well tuned. Do all of that and check your fuel consumption. FYI, all of the above should be treated as routine stuff to do when you buy a used car, its just common sense. The previous owner will tell you whatever they need to tell you in order to get the car sold. Edited April 21, 2010 by Supra_Natural

You should try and get ahold of one of those digital tire pressure gauges ...not sure if they're available in SL but they cost a couple of dollars in the States, see if you can have someone mail you one. Then check again at the inflation point and make up the difference...go with the pressur recommended on the door if you're using stock tires.
