A cut and polish would help if the scratches are not too deep.

you wanna do it yourself? Give it a try but be carefull not to remove a complete layer of paints. Brasso will help to remove hairline sort of small scratches. However, if those scratches are deep, you can rub the scratched area using super cut or compound. But be very carefull when using compound, better if a pro can handle it.
