Advice: Honda City 1.5 Exi

Bugbase

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I'm all new to honda and your advices will be really appreciated.

I'm thinking of buying a Honda City 1.5 Exi (Year 1999, 57k on clock). What things should I look specifically from Honda city point of view? (Any city specific issues).

Thanks in advance!

Check the Suspension. As ive heard that they tend to wear off quickly :)

Is it a brand new car? If its not that mileage cannot be correct, might be tampered :)

Check whether there is structural damage and Rust

We got one in the Family.

Super Fun to drive and the engine is bullet proof. Very good on Fuel - if you control your right foot. Try to go for Thai manufactured one rather than Indian.

Bit hard on suspension, brakes (4 disks) and CV Joints. Parts available at TEC and Stafford. Some parts (like Radiator Fans) are interchangeable with the EK3.

Body parts and Trim bits - door handles etc are rather difficult to find.

Thanks Speed. Actually it's brand new. Still I need to check it.
