Dear, Mr.Wije ,I saw more than fifteen such vans at the telecom car park at fort.Previous and new modles. The telecom using both two models means this van is good for hard use. What is your advice ?

I have travelled in one. it is REALLY uncomfortable.

Driver said it's very difficult to drive & handling is also poor.

I'm not aware of the after sale services, anyway I don't think the van lasts very long. Telecom might have bought it due to tender procedures.

From my experiance the build quality is pretty poor, with handles and bit of trim coming off quickly and frequently...

Its also appallingly underpowered, and with a full crowd I'm sure performance and fuel economy would be cringe worthy....

Dear Mr. Dilku,

Telecom may use any thing for their workers to travel I think they first Used Buddy Vans.

I do not want to condemn that van which is assembled in Srilanka as one post says seats are not comfortable

For my knowledge users give lot of negative answers for last few years.

Lot of new small vans are coming to the market used and new in another 30 to 45 days.

It is better to any one to be patient till they come some are Japanese and Chinese petrol and Diesel

At the moment Chinese small van has arrived like D*MO batta with more powered engine 4 cylinder same cost.

Micro Buddy Van

This subject was discussed early.

I too gave negative posts with several other members on the list

I find this is the cheapest buddy Petrol Van in the market 8 seats with double A/C.

1.3M without registration and insurance.

AS all Japanese buddy vans 6 seats are 1.6M and above.

According to micro agents new shipment improved Vehicle.

Any member has experience with the Micro Buddy.

Like to have comments of above buddy Van from members.

Hi

One of my friends in office got a one and I had a ride on it once. Didn't feel that bad (no point in comparing with a jap. car since in 2 categories) but felt very annoying when cornering in high speed due to roll over effect. He had to change the alternator after few miles on the clock, and done it through agents.

What I want is a four wheeler only for my Colombo running and some times out of Colombo. I have got rid of my Chana and Chana Agents promised a New VAN one unit as owner is getting three units in 14 to 25 days. This was in

June last year now more than 6 months every time i ring the proprietor confirms it is coming already on ship in 14 days.

Fortunately I have not paid a deposit. This the reason I want to go for micro.Only two of us are their to use.

Any members who had used for some time do that van has any major inherited faults of them or minor problems.

As I am a with a technical knowledge can use any vehicle.
