It works 12 km/L in city.

For Asia, it's 1 & 1.3 liters but Europe(America) it's 1.5 liter.

Exactly. Some same Examples are N16 1.3 L & Toyota 141 1.5/6 L

1) Unregistered toyota Belta (2.9M tp 3.1M)

2) Used toyota Vios about 40000km (2.5M)

3) Used toyota 121 higher mileage than 100000km (2.5M to 3.0M)
