nop I used it for three weeks but I didn't face any pro (no idea abt the law) . You should have a copy of your registration book, original license n insurance with you

What is with the sudden increase in the number of fully tinted vehicles red and white plates that say "WPC 2009/2010"? Does this mean it belongs to a PS member or what? Wouldn't mind making myself one of those Cos let's face it, who's gonna stop me and check right?

There was talk that the number plate system would goto 3 letters.

Not sure what the format is that they might use or when it will come into use.
