So, Im going to open a can of worms and be controversial like i usually am.... what the hell happened to the drags????? I know ive been away from the scene for a very very long time and Autolanka itself, but i couldnt help but think about the good 'ol days when the number one thread was the drags and all the entertainment it contained... lol Its a shame that alot of the old members and characters that once rocked the scene are no longer around.... YES all of you may put this down as a useless and no-point thread BUT you cant deny the fact that the old SOHC-DOHC battles, WRX-STi battles and pilla steps werent a bucket load of fun! How many members are on this forum from the days gone by? : ) ...just my ramblings.... feel free to enlighten me on the whats what these days and how you guys feel....its been close to 7 years since my first drag outing and to be honest i kinda miss it!

The last time I came to Colombo I noticed the Pila steps have been closed off. And Hijra is not even there anymore isn't it? But there's no denying those were the days....

damn miss those days. i wasn't around during the peak but was fortunate enough to see some great battles especially of the mighty EVO3. i guess the cop situ is the main reason behind inactivity.

Don't worry Andrew, Your Lucky Day is just around the corner...!!! There's going to be a Major official event on the 1st & 2nd of October @ Green path.... & heard that the event is organised by "Tharunayata Hetak"...

Hijra and the steps have undergone a rebranding. they are now called Plaza and situated in front of Lalson in Kolpetty (just passing sponge)

I think the drags went downhill when the was a mishap with the biker.
