Sound From Front Wheels

Dear friends,

Need a help regarding a Honda Civic ES8( Y.O.M 2000)

.

There is a sound coming from my cars front wheels when going on a rough road...

As per one of the mechanic i was told that Bush in front wheels has to be replaces....

Please advice me regarding this...........

is it the bush ? or something else......
