I want to know whether best option is Toyota AE 110 or Nissan FB15 Super saloon(2000)

My budget is 1800000.If any one know any other better car for this price,let me know.

There's a wide range of vehicles available for that budget. (For example; Civics, Familias or Lancers.) And European cars too, if you consider going down that path.

You can probably get a pretty good EK3 (Sixth gen. '98 - '00) for your budget. I'm really not too knowledgeable about Hondas, but there are quite a few different trims and engine setups, but I gather the best is the Vti model.

Plus, you might wanna be wary of the ones that came with a CVT transmission. I hear they can a bit problematic.

I'm sure there are Civic owners here, so they might give you some better answers.
