Wen dont have a lot of bat-mobile (or other jet/turbine powered car) drivers, so not too sure on if anyone can help you on that. :P j/k but some more info would be helpful..

If its a RWD vehicle it could be a play in the drive shaft. And if its a FWD, most likely to be an engine mount.
