Permit states can only import cars used less than 1 year.

Go for the Civic, it's quite a good car, and better looking than the torrents of Axio's, Allions, Vitz, Ist etc on the roads these days. Also as someone said, Impreza is a good choice.

Tax depends on the capacity ofcourse. Example - 1.6L Civic normal tax is 159% approx. Therefore under permit 87.5% to be paid.
