I sometimes go alone and stay at a cheap hotel for the weekend and blast the Thunderace during the wee hours,i've seen some high performence cars doing the same including aravinda's ferrari.

Would love to see some photos of the ThunderAce .... never seen one in SL before. ... Although I have a scaled-down plastic ThunderAce on my shelf. :)

How's the performance like?

cheers

performence is staggering,i once hit 220kmph and it still had lots left in it,best brakes i've seen in a bike of anykind or price.great allround bike......but i went for it purely because of the engine sound,i can tell you the whine it makes when accelerating from the third gear and the roar it makes when shifting down rapidly is like angels singing to me...

if i'm not mistaken there's another one in kurunegala(i'm not sure),there was another one belonging to foreighner who took it with him when he left the country(i don't know how he did it either)

sorry bro can't post pics..... ;) ..........can't be too careful these days.

but here's a vid of one very similar to mine(with upgraded exhaust) -------- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TC9FlZDww6A

Dont change yr mind about the 600. Go for it.

We got a good turnout for trackdays at Pannala & it keeps improving each time we go there.

Its one of the best places to enjoy your riding. ;) no 3 wheelers, no buses, no dogs (the 4 legged types & the 2 legged types .. like cops)

Look for a group called "Pannala Trak day Fan Club" on FB. U'll see photos (Just in case u havent been to Pannala yet).

Some of the guys are planning another Track day for the near future. So keep in touch.

cheers.

oh dear bro...b coz of tht matter i cdn't hv tht 600..... i sold ma Bandit..and bought a car (cruze)...so i dnt hv any two wheels 2 enjoy the track... <_< anyway tht for inviting me...

Big Bike

There are limits to how big you can make a bike and this one, never displayed in Europe before, is the biggest in the world. Its owner, Gregory Dunham, seems to be keen on large dimensions. This motorbike measuring 3.43 metres in height and 6.2 metres in length does not appear suited to everyday biking conditions. In any case, you would need super-long arms as the handlebars have a three-metre span.

Even so, Dunham claims it is drivable. To provide the requisite propulsion, it has a mighty 8.2-litre eight-cylinder engine pumping out 500 horsepower. A snip at 300,000 euros.

Looks like a big tractor looking at the front wheel. 3.4m high that more like a big truck nice view from up there :P

Though I think teams are picky about guys riding motorcycles these days. It might be forbidden in the contract.

A-10 Watrthog Custom Bike

800W Sound System...on a frickin bike :o

warthog5py9.jpg

www.dvice.com

The motorcycle nuts at ICON Motorsports make an interesting observation about their Warthog bike, inspired by the USAF's A-10 ground-attack fighter that shares the same nickname: "Obviously the first thing that grabs one's attention is the 800-watt MTX audio system." Well, sure, that's impressive — but I think the minigun mounted to the front of the 'cycle caught my eye first. That, and it's hard to miss that the whole thing is decal'd to the nines with ammunition. But I'm sure that audio system sounds killer, too.

The Warthog does everything it can to look mean and fast, and has a few added, nutty frills, such as an 8-inch LCD screen "to view Full Metal Jacket, Iron Eagle, or Top Gun and the ability to broadcast a view of the victims left in its wake via an integrated rear view camera."
