I agree with you it's your personal choice but what I feel is it is a useless aftermarket add on. By the way please tell me what are the high-end cars comes with buzzers.

when you travel at exact same speed in different vehicles the feeling of speed will be different .For example if you travel 80kmph in a maruti and 160kmph in a BMW in same road the feeling will be somewhat same.

Why cant you see the the turn lights blinking !!when you lock/unlock the vehicle,Usually OEM key less entry systems comes without those stupid buzzers.

maximum age of the vehicle imported under permit should be less than one year so the 12 month depreciation wont apply.

For the permit entire different tax scheme applies(depending on engine capacity). for the used vehicles tax depends on the agents valuation .usually local agents gives the valuation for the basic vehicle.If the valuation comes below 25+5 limit you can import that vehicle.

I think now the service of the Auto Miraj is deteriorating. They perform lots of unnecessary jobs in the vehicle to make a very big bill (I think service supervisors get a commission).Now even they charge an extra amount if we bring the filters(Rs 200 per filter) from outside.

If you go for an European make there are certain colours comes as optional(you have to pay extra) Eg Peugeot 508 Pearl white( but usually local agents are bearing the additional cost) -

In my Viva thudding sound came out . I replaced the caliper bush(Rs 200) and applied some graphite grease that's all. When you are replacing the front brake pads I would advice to replace the bush because some times old bush tares when reinserting the pin.
