Yeah...as some ppl have mentioned previously, if a low cost instrument cud increase fuel economy, it would be the big car companies that would install them straight in the factory and market the car. Specially now, since low fuel consumption is such a political issue in the US and europe.

Are you sure a simple wax will remove a certain amount of the top coat??? I highly doubt it. I use 3M liquid wax too. If a bit of the top coat is being removed, the you should at least see some paint transfer on your polishing cloth. I have never noticed this myself.

Thanks. Actually, found out there's a Laugfs place near the Rajagiriya HSBC building. So will probably head there cos its on my way home. Only prob is when i called laugfs, the people answering the phone didn't seem to be too sure what time the place opened -

what do mean didnt have suction cups? The defelctor didn't come with them? Anyway Arpico(Hyde park) has suction caps sold seperately as well. Only about Rs.10 apiece. You may be able to use those with the deflecor.

I got the 3m tint for my vios, and when reversing I really have no problem at all with visibility in the night. I think its lower quality tints may give poor visibility. I know a friend of mine who's rear window looks foggy cos of a poor tint job.
