I once went for a estimate at Mr P**** , and while there, they suggested I paint a whole fender(not what i went for the estimate for) which had a few paint transfers when a 3 wheeler brushed me, which i went home and easily removed with brasso So...these guys will try to convince you that for anything you will need a complete paint job of the body part!

Do you know of a particular 3M product??? I have one on the similar price range, gives a nice shine, but it does nothing for scratches.

Popularity to an extent yes, but the poor performance is due to a slow web server IMO .

One of the slowest sites on web... I have multiple homepages set (yahoo mail/gmail, #####, cricinfo...) which all open at once, and autolanka is still loading long after the others have loaded

Yep, did make a complaint when they called to follow up. Basically there still was a bit of sand under the front seats, there was a couple of white patches of some sort of powder in the front passenger carpet, and a big palm print on the dashboard! Unless this thing happens repeatedly, i'd still go to them, cos as the others have said, generally their good. Specially the waxing.

Been going there for about a year. Their ok, But their interior cleaning is very poor. I usually have to complete the job myself at home.

Yep, all of the above...great acceleration, only down side is the stiff suspension. I bought mine a year ago, and to date havn't had a single problem with it.
