well its the same case as modifying after u do.... u have to sell it to someone who is into those stuff...so same as that

Well it depends, some can be reprogrammed to a certain extent but most of them cant be remapped with a totally new map.Its okay to use the existing map with some tweaks if the car is still Na but ones you turbo charge it the whole map needs to change cause the MAF and other reading will not be the same anymore (cause of the intercooler and the air temperature).So if a NA car is turbo charged its recommended to buy an aftermarket ECU where you can do a lot of custom tweaking. If you use the original ecu after forced induction there would be no point of turbo charging the car cause the ecu will still works under NA parameters :alc:

Yes its perfectly fine and having a new engine might actually add more value to your car.

But here is the thing, ones you mod the engine and fit all sorts of stuff to increase the performance dont think those will add value to the car.Actually doing performance mods will deplete the value of the car.

So before you do anything you have to decide which is more important to you, performance or resale value :alc:
