Sound Comes In Reverse Gire

Hi Experts,

Im using a mazda familia BJ5P (auto). Recently i changed the timing belt. since then there is a noice when i set the gire to R (Reverse). Its like metal hit another metal. When i set the gire to D (drive) sound goes down. when i accelarate there is no sound. Any ideas???

The place which generates noise must be properly identified. You might get help from a 2nd person

or take the car to a good mechanic. After a test drive, experienced mechanic can understand the issue

by noise.

Additional:

There are some gadgets even for sound recognition for vehicle diagnosis.

Don't know whether those are used here. It's all Mechanic's experience.
