If the advice you need is not in any thread, please be kind enough to state what kind of advice you want. e.g. who to take in it, what colour to choose, where to drive it, what colour undies to wear in it, etc.

Compared to cars in it's class, I vote 'yes'.

yea.. but with agents you will get headache when receiving the car. it took 4 1/2 months to receive the car for me. and still waiting for register and etc.. be aware of bad customer service too.

Actually Nirosha, I won't because I'd never buy one of these things, but if I was shopping in that class, i'd say customer service of the agent is one of the least of my concerns, and waiting time? No problem. I mean, when you're shopping around at this level, for 1000cc cars, you're not getting something mindblowing really are you? so wouldn't you rather wait 4.5 months for a car you think is the best of the bunch than go for, I dunno, a recon 1000cc vitz, just cos you can have it tomorrow?

true.

well i meant the 'customer care' is the way they serve us. 100% not professional. i don't think at least they got a training how to sale and market. it is not calling customers with "Sir". their only quality is they can speak in English one word a second. their view as my understanding is 'if you want it just buy it. or go away. we have enough customers'. no more questions. just what they say. that's all. we can have better chat with many other sales persons who are in very little businesses.

I dont know about the customer service now,but about 6 years ago when we bought our kelisa there customer service was good,not the best,but they were really helpful.

My first reading shows 11.5kmpl IN std AT. (Includes few hours of 'L' board sessions for my wife :P.)

My reading gave 14.5km/L with Elite std MT in Heavy traffic from K'goda to Fort.

(Calculated on the 2 times pumped full tank get the dif)

I don't know.. (could be 13-15kmpl, MT) vehicle still on the registration process and will received by mid next week. i'll let you know asap..

wait...you were 11 when your PARENTS bought the kelissa. How would you know about their customer service? I don't know about you, but, when I was 11 i wasn't at all worried about what sort of customer service my parents were receiving at the agent. You know...I had a lot of 'kid' things to do...like discovering porn.
