I'll recommend MK break pads rather than FBK.

Last time I had to replace with FBK according to a Honda Expert

After that I had to push the paddle hard to stop the vehicle, further it feels that vehicle is not stopping suddenly with higher speeds. When I took the car to my normal garage, they told that FBK are not good enough for Honda, better to use MK or genuine break pads. Then I replaced FBK with MK. now all the issues solve, smooth breaking, suddenly stopping. Everything is fine now. SO my advice is to use MK.

And for the shock absorbers, my local mechanic suggest me to go for Tokiko. He said KYB gives a bumpy ride for ek3. I still didn't replace them, still running with stock shock absorbers
