Ti Carina 1996 Idling Speed

Can anyone owns a Toyota Carina AT212 1996 model MANUAL car tell me the idling speed shown in the RPM meter when AC is on and Off. Because in my car when the AC is turned on the idling goes down instead of going up as other cars that I have seen. After an engine tuneup now the Idling speed is at 1000 with or without AC (just after cold start) but when I run for about 2 - 3 Km s RPM goes down to 750 which makes it difficult to drive smoothly.
