Just check If the car moving when u put the gear to 2,L or even R and what happen if you keep the gear in D and accelerate the engine? is it moving after a little jerk?

First of all just try changing the ATF and cleaning the filter but DO NOT add ATF treatment fluids to ATF.

Check if there is an electrical problem.

If above measures failed most probably the fault in the gear box it self (Mostly worn, hardened internal oil seals leading to pressure leakage). You could rebuilt the autobox with warranty or replace with used autobox at your own risk.
