Advice Needed On Getting Side Skirts Repainted

So yeah, the guy at the garage must have put the setting on 11 when washing the left side of my car, because I found two areas on the side skirting where the paint had flaked away. Plus the chrome trim around the fender mounted turn indicator is missing as well.

Could the experts point me in the right direction on getting the skirting repainted (a good paint shop with the ability to match colours)? I imagine the entire piece would have to be refinished. Car is a 2005 Vios.
