What I understand is, its the fuel consumption of a generator at 2000 RPM. Do u have a Honda generator by any chance?

Honda generator ? NO.

g/psh is grams per ps hour, similar to liters/hour or kg/kwh. You can't directly convert it to km/l since two different scales are used for measurement i.e. time vs distance. Most stationary engines and industrial equipment (even the Mercedes Unimog has an engine hours meter) have their fuel efficiency measured in this manner since it makes more sense.
