Just drove past the Bamba IOC... pathetic to say the least. Petrol went up by only 12 Rs, yet all the cars that were lining up all the way to MC were the 'high end' Axios Allions, Tucsons, SantaFe's and what nots... ;)

What is the most that a bone dry Axio driver will save? 12*40= 480 Rs!!!! (That is 12 Rs in to 40 ltrs... :))

:);)

Creeping forward on that queue would burn a few liters anyway.

31 bucks per litre of disel and 35 bucks for litre of kero is a significant increase percentage-wise.

Food prices, power prices etc should follow the trend pretty fast. Pretty retarded increase imo considering all the government wastage all this the bs stuff.

Global fuel prices aside, fuel stil is heavily taxed.

Also wonder what happened all those oil deposits they seem to find when elections are close but tend to miracoulously dissapear a few months later!

Pathetic!

Well the government has more important things to do than worrying about you. The new lotus pond theatre and the soon to be build lotus tower are proof of the development of the country. People can now afford to pay one of the highest electricity rates in asia and can cope with huge increases in fuel prices. What's 35 rupees anyway? This country is so rich now, we cann actually wipe our arses with 5000 rupee bills.

with these increased fuel price we going to see more hybrids hypermiling in roads :sad-smiley-066: any way at least the gap between diesel and petrol is shorten. :sport-smiley-004:

Shortening that gap is really a bad thing. This is sure to raise prices of a lot of things that would need to be delivered by truck.
