Rear Brake Convert To Disc

hey pplz im just lookin to convert my eg8s rear brakes from there standard drum brakes to disc....is it possible..then how much shold it be???

awsome idea but seems it costs. coz you need to change total breaking system including break pump and lines. no idea how much it cost. can say its possible if you have much money..

The question to ask is whether there is a model of your car which comes with rear discs. The modification is quite extensive as the hub might be a bit different, so you need the rear hubs, suspension arms, hand brake cable etc to do a proper conversion. More often than not this is a useless modification as you won't get much better brake force or your brake balance will be off as now you have too much brake from the back, and its a lot of money for just looks

Are you sure about this... I did a Drum to Disk conversion on a E36.. and braking was far better than with the drums. Found the entire rear Diff with the hubs, lower arms disks and calipers intact. Cost 12,500 for all.. Brake lines and booster remained the same. Hand brake cable cost quite a bit..

I believe the Honda conversion might cost much more..
