City isn't a bad car but there are much better options available for that price. Some options I can suggest for you are Mazda Familia BJ5P, Lancer CS1 Pre-facelift, Suzuki Swift Jeep model etc. Don't be fooled by the number game. Lancers and Familias that carry G- and H- plates may be in better condition than a KA- City.

"Notable memories from the past: Chevy Cruze 2004, Fiat Grande Punto 2008, Proton Impian CamPro 2007, Austin Mini MkIV 1981"

Crosswind,

Just noted that you have sold your Chevy. Any perticular reason? Bad on fuel?

I sold it a few weeks back but just didn't update the signature. I spent quite a lot of cash on the Focus so needed a bit of financial reconciliation for the time being. If you look at the cars I've own(ed) and if u read my posts, you would notice that I don't give a rat's a$$ about fuel economy (and FYI dont get any free fuel from my employer or a fuel allowance).

Edit: Just FYI the Cruze did about 11 to the litre on stop-go traffic.

Its not worth for spending 1.8 for a city i feel. all the vehicle prises are very high these days. if youre looking for a honda one for 1.8m search for a Ek3. Good in all the areas.

Carina GT 300/301 series.

Ae 110 300/301 series

Lancer Cs1 all these are in your budget.

Do a search, you will be able to find more details in the forum.

Good luck.

thanks for reply,I'm looking for auto english number, what about toyota soluna

I think you can buy a soluna for around 1.5m. but if you have 1.8m why by a soluna? like crosswind said dont be fooled by the number game. if you are looking for a english number'd sedan I think a 2000 familia or a CS1 pre face lift is your best bet.

CW,

Yes I have seen how you have highly recomended Chey Cruze in forums. Neither I get a fuel allowance man, and I'll be selling both my EG8 & Starlet very soon & planning to buy a Chevy or a Swift. Main reason I'm doing this is because to finance my higher studies. And I will have to give up my idea of re-building my EG8.
