It wont come in English. Allion/Premio is produced to JDM market. So they dont have english manual. But if you want i'm sure you should be able to download from the site.

This is the user manual for an Allion...it is in Japanese tough, so maybe you can just get the parts you need translated by someone...

I believe the link that was given earlier was for the sales brochure/catalog, also the catalogs are only for the old models <non-current ones, including pre-facelifted/updates versions of the current models>
