Nissan Fb14 Trim Levels & Grades/models

Hello all,

Pls anyone explain me what are the nissan fb14 models & what are the differents of them???? Basically i have an idea about EX-Saloon & Super Saloon models. Also i knw that it has 1.3ltr & 1.5ltr models. But what are the models call Red light, White light, Separate light & etc. in local market ???? and which has highest market value among them ???? What are the key points should i consider in a inspection ????

1994-1995: full light model

1996: seperate light model (orange signal light)

1997: red light model

1998: crystal light model / white light model

B14: 1. 3ltr

Fb14: 1. 5ltr

FNB14: 1. 5ltr All Wheel Drive version

SB14: Deisel

FE: basic options

Ex-saloon: full option

Super saloon: full option plus rear armrest, climate control A/C, retractable mirrors

And as for key points to look for before buying

check for rust.. under the car and inside the boot undrr the carpets.

I think 1998 is the red light model and 1999 is the white light model.

nope 1997 is the red light model.. very early 1998's might have them

and the 1998 is the white light and crystal light model.. only VERY few cars were made in 1999 since in the mid 1999 the B15 production started

My brother owns a 97 single air bag, non-digital A/T car. 301-8XXX. It's original orange light car. May be a early 97 one. No they did produce FB14s in 99, not JDMs. All 99 FB14s I have seen are barandnews ones with M/T. Even in late 98 thet produced FB15s, but only JDMs.

the one your brother got is defernitly a early 97 model.

that answers the confusion then. wonder where the 98 and 99 fb14's were essembled.

nope actually afaik there is no CD18 engine in nissan there is CD17 engine that comes with B12 and B13 predecessors of SB14.
