Madly in love with Hawk (CB 250 T) Just started restoration of the first one and already thinking of getting the second 1. Crazy!!! Peeps, do you know an external digital trip milage counter that I can buy? Thinking of doing some long trips. Searched in ebay but din get a proper 1. Any tips, pointers are appreciated. Cheers.

The best is the vapor trail-tech, it captures a lot of different stuff like speedo, tacho, odo, trip, temp, max speed/rpm/temp. But it's digital, so clearly it will look out of place on a hawk.

You can get something like this which would maintain a consistent look on your bike.

Vapors are quite pricey aren't they? I have a Koso unit on mine. similar to this. Wiring is relatively straightforward (I didn't do it myself though, I just set it up) it even gave me a tacho when there was no tacho signal from the CDI. It's quite small so you can stash it out of the way to be more discreet.

Might be too late to suggest, have you thought about building this as a cafe racer? It certainly has the base for it.

There's lot of potential. And there and lot modified as cafe racers. But not my cup of tea mate. Like to keep it original

Anybody know about a Hawk 400?
