Steering Issue

RoughRider

Question

Guys,

I serviced my car (Nissan N16) couple of days before & on my way home I felt very smooth rotation of the steering wheel as I never felt before. But from the next day onwards it went the other way around and now it's very stiff & hard to rotate ( Need extra bit of effort to turn ) Is it normal soon after servicing the vehicle ??

I have no clue on what has actually happened to it & kindly advice me to sort out the matter...

Thank You.

Check the power steering oil level, maybe they havent fixed the hoses firmly.

Appreciate your replys to my issue !!!

Yes, they changed power steering fluid. But how would I check whether they didn't do the job properly?? :speechless-smiley-004:

Best thing is to take the car back to them I guess....

CHEERS.

Check if there is any power steering fluid left in the container. Your issue sounds like either a power steering pump or fluid issue.
