Hi Friends,

I'm panning to buy a car (prefer a sedan) & budget is 2.7 mil need your expertise to derive the best selection.

I went through some A/L threads but creating a new one as Im unbale judge on current car prices

Below are my pririties, mostly car will be used to travel to office & trips with my small family.

1. Sould be economical on fuel.

2. Low mainenance cost, parts to be freely available.

3. Auitomatic transmission.

4. Manufactured after 2003/2004

5. Reputed brand with good demand.

FB15, Vios and City are you best options. Best bang for buck right now would be the City, you can get a 2006 model for your budget. Paying anything more than 2.2 for an FB15 is silly, unless its one of the last 2004 models to arrive, and even then it should be in exceptional condition. Vios, 99% of them have the leatherette seats, which through neglect are cracked, so seat covers are a must. The

The Axela is too exotic compared to the above three, so sourcing spares would require more effort and expense.

If you're going for a hatch, consider also the Vitz and IST, but I do believe the Vitz is also becoming overpriced.
