My brother is looking forward to buy a suv under 3.7 million and mainly he is interested in toyota harrier.he wants to know about

-fuel economy

-maintainence

-parts availability

-resale value

-performance

-comfortability and options

-pros and cons

he is looking for a 2000 model.

so i expect the opinions of the experts
