O/d Off Blinking

I have FB15 1999 modle car. I have noticed O/D Off light blinking about 15 times continuesly and off when start the car. early its off within 1-2 seconds just after start the car. what could be the reason...

It's an error code regarding your transmission.Check the fluid levels.
