Uditha88
Normally 1-2 in 2000-2400 and other gears below 2000 (like in 1800)
Schiffer
depends on car to car and how heavy or light footed you are it usually changes around 2000-2500 RPM if you floor it around 3000 - 3000+ if your light footed even at 1500

GearHead
Try to control your right foot mate and you'd be fine.If you are new to this car, take it to an empty parking lot or a road out in nowhere and experiment with it to get a feel/understanding about how it operates under different conditions. Once you get the right feel for it, you'd be able to alter the gear shift points to whatever the rpm you want by varying the throttle position. Cheers. That should explain the high revs when up-shifting.
