Engine Oil Changing Problem On Service

pewix

Question

Will there be any problem if i use helix oil in my Suzuki swift rather than using Original Suzuki oil when i service my car? I have a Toyota allion also. I used another oil rather than original Toyota oil. The engine of my allion got seized in few days. I think its because of this oil. Please advice me with your own experience. Will it be safe to use helix oil on my Suzuki swift 2003 centre antenna jeep model

Your engine cant get seized up by using non toyota oil unless you used something that wasn't never meant to go in your car engine in the first place.

As long as manufacturer recommended grade oils are used, things should be absolutely fine.

Personally speaking, i believe these car companies putting out their "own" oil is nothing but and additional revenue base for them using gullible vehicle owners :D

it will have siezed as you probably used the incorrect grade. so the oil was either too thick at operating temp or it was too thin.

stick to well known brand names such a castrol and shell etc over cheap crap. the quality of the additives is far better in the big brands and it can be easily seen on an engine when it is stripped if it has been run on decent oil or not.

Haha yeah there are soo many people who swear by Toyota Motor Oil, I didnt know Suzuki had their "own" oil though! Since they are a relatively small auto maker!
