Thanks The bushes are not that expensive, probably a couple of thousand rupees at best. Cost of replacing them is negligible. The only issue is replacement bushes don't last anywhere close to the originals. But the only way to get an original bush is to replace the entire suspension arm. 0 Bora.Mora
Why don't you try looking for polyurethane bushes... for example : http://www.powerflexonline.com/ if your careful with the bushes like not spray oil on it; it should last longer than the car.. The ride feels much stiffer with them on, Plus i got it with a life time warranty.... I'm using "Prothane" bushings...

0 Sylvi
Hungry_Minder, Polyurethane bushes I don't think they are available in SL. Due to high cost. This product is PTFE, FEP and PFA plastic materials. Fluoropolymer components for Motor vehicles are made in foreign countries. Next cheapest is for you to buy Nylon. Nylon is available at Panchikawathe.Almost all hardware shops. Can get them turn out to required bush size by a lathe. I have not bought Nylon shafts recently they are available as round shaft lengths color white. Sylvi Wijesinghe.
