Can Someone Advice Me On How To Remove My Ad

Hi Can someone tell me how to remove my AD from Autolanka? I have emailed them 4 emails so far and tried ringing them everyday for the past 5 days (can never get through as its always playing the busy tone) but still can't seem to get it off. I have even tried reporting this AD and asked them to remove it as the vehicle has been sold. The site is amazing but the customer service is just very poor. Does this mean that I have to go there and ask them to remove it? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

It's a trait and inherent feature in most things that are Sri Lankan. In NZ ( NZer???) though 99% of things can be done over the phone or email in Sri Lanka that's not the case and physical visits seem to be the norm still!!!

The problem is there phone is never available. I have been trying non-stop for the past 5 days. I think they have just kept it off the hook so they get no calls. In utter desperation i even sent MADZ an email asking him to sort this issue. But even he is silent. Just sad to see a great sight such as Autolanka going down this dirty lane. What I don't understand is how they can ignore 4 emails and 1 reporting. What if there was a scam going around? This is also such an inconvenience for me as well as people interested in this vehicle. Such a waste of time for both parties.

Yeah machan thats the address I mailed them on. Wonder if everyone there is dead?

I hate to have it on after its sold. The people who call give me shit asking why the hell its still on if it has been sold. Keep telling them im trying my level best to have it taken off but the site just wouldnt do it.
