Wingroad Y10 Heat Meter - Issue - Pls Assist

Hi Friends,

My brother recently bought a Wingroad Y10 wagon. Actually he does not have much knowledge about the temperature gauge of this model. When the car heats up, the temperature goes above half mark and stays slightly above the halfway. Is this normal? Or the car is having some heating issue? If the car operates normally where the temperature meter should stay in this model? Pls assist.

since i am a FB14 user my ones too indicating the same with a\c on. no heating issues at all. if it's go up than the normal then it's indicating some thing. i guess its normal.

Thanks maheshw. I am not clear with your answer. Simply my question is for Nissan Wingroad Y10 "NORMAL" temperature point is where ? Is it below the halfway of the gauge or above the halfway of the gauge? For my brother's one whether with A/C on or not stays above the halfway mark and NOT reducing or going up from there.

That's normal on my fb14 heat gauge would hang around middle..middle straight,may be 0.5-1 milimiter above middle...if it goes above than that check your car
