Mini Cooper

Hi guys, I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for quite sometime now and I came across one in AL yesterday.

I do like the vehicle but I have a few questions.

What I would like to know is that is it worth paying that much money on it when the next gen model is due to be on sale next year and also I would like to know that where can these cars be maintained by a professional?

Does Milroy's place do maintenance on Mini's?

I mean getting down spare parts and all.

Guys, your views will be very helpful.

Thanks.

You have to decide whether it's really worth spending that much money on a new mini. Even speaking as an enthusiast, I wouldn't!

Also I really doubt if Milroy can maintain new Minis. Although the brand is owned by BMW, there's nothing common between new mini and BMWs. Not even the engines. Tritec engine used in Minis are not used in any BMW cars.

Milroy might consider maintaining new minis due to commercial reasons though.

Milroy has been maintaining few of the minis that are around for some time. But I cannot comment on the level of expertise he / his team has.

I too will not pay that price for it but may higher be for a limited JCW edition.
